Crown Point Hyundai Shopper's Kona Story at World Hyundai

The repair itself was done right, a faulty door lock actuator on my Kona, and Marcus kept me posted while the part came in. My issue is that the part took nine days and nobody offered a loaner until I asked on day four. When I did ask, Marcus got me one within an hour, so the help was there but I had to go looking for it. The actuator works fine now and I was not charged for anything outside the warranty.
