HOW THIS SITE WORKS
The rules we run on
Every answer below is how the site actually behaves — not marketing. If we ever break one of these rules, we deserve to lose your trust.
Who gets asked to share a story?
Customers — at the dealership. After a purchase or a service visit, the person who helped you can invite you with a link or a QR code, and it takes about two minutes on your own phone. If you're browsing this site and you've never bought or serviced here, nobody will ask you for a review; this part of the site isn't for you yet.
Already a customer from any year? Your story is welcome anytime — share it here.
Who reads a story before it publishes?
A manager reads every submission before it appears. That review checks the details — the city, the vehicle, the person named — so stories land in the right places. It is not a sentiment screen: nothing is scored, and nothing needs to be positive to publish.
Do you edit what customers write?
No. Stories publish exactly as written — spelling, grammar, and all. The text is locked the moment it's submitted, and the only thing we normalize is the capitalization of typed names. When a customer skips the optional title, we compose one from words already in their story. AI never writes a word of any customer story on this site.
What happens to negative stories?
The same thing that happens to every story: they publish, as written. Nothing is deleted for being critical. The dealership may answer with a signed public reply under the story, and a story only comes down when its own author asks us to remove it (see Privacy).
That’s why the number on our homepage isn’t 100% — and why you can believe it.
How is "would send a friend" calculated?
Every story answers one question: would you send a friend to this dealership? The percentage is simply the yeses divided by all published stories, and we always show you the raw count next to it.
34 of 40 said yes = 85%
No weighting, no time window, no removals. When the number moves, it’s because a real customer’s answer moved it.
