Who may submit

This site publishes stories from actual customers of World Hyundai Matteson — people who bought, leased, or had a vehicle serviced here. If that isn’t you, this isn’t your site.

Truth

Submit only your own true account of your own experience. No submissions on behalf of others, no compensation-influenced submissions, no submissions by competitors or their agents.

What we publish

We publish stories exactly as written — critical ones included. Sentiment is never a reason to decline. We decline submissions we cannot reasonably believe are genuine customer accounts, and submissions containing profanity, personal contact information, or content about staff members’ personal lives.

Your rights

Your words remain yours. By submitting, you grant World Hyundai Matteson a license to publish, display, and excerpt your story on this site and in dealership materials. You may request removal of your story at any time — email sales@worldhyundaimatteson.com or call the dealership, and we will honor a verified author’s request.

Changes

We don’t edit published stories — ever, for anyone. If you want your story changed, we remove the original at your request and you’re welcome to submit a fresh one.
