Good evening, I do not know where to begin. I made an appointment over the phone. I had follow up calls prior to arriving. I was greeted so pleasantly by my sales rep from the time I exited my daughter's vehicle. She escorted me in, sat me down, inquired if I needed water, and then she began to work her magic explaining to me every step of the way. I was a little hesitant because of the questions I had already been asked and answered over the phone she explained that she was doing a hard copy. She walked me through the process, kept me informed and updated me through the entire time. I came there with the mindset that I would be leaving the same way without a car. I explained my truth to her and Lord be hold she had me sit by the window and drove up not only in the vehicle I spoke about but the color. She brought a tear to my eye, but a smile 😊 on my face. Even then I was still in disbelief that she was going to make it happen. She then told me she had already had an approval, turned a monitor around for me to answer a form, following walked me to the cashier, kept me at a payment I stated I could afford and then introduce me to Anthony the finance man that also took great care of me. I can only say how appreciative and grateful I am and still is for you having sure an AMAZING sales rep I had to add to my nightly prayer. I have been talking to my partners about the treatment and the service that she provided so that they can hopefully come purchase a vehicle for three kids that will be graduating. I Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for the Amazing blessing having such an AWESOME sales rep.
