I did not believe and I was very suspect of coming in. But on the phone speaking with Haley she was awesome. Open, listening, workin thought the phone so I didn't have to come in until I got a for-sure open chance of getting a new car. My 2025 was totaled and it has been hard with a 3 yr old.
