I wanted a Palisade Calligraphy in Robust Emerald with the second row captain chairs and there were maybe three within two hundred miles. Dana located one, held it with a deposit over the phone, and had it detailed and ready when we drove up from Crown Point on Saturday morning. She had already run our trade numbers off the photos we texted so there were no surprises when we got there. The whole visit took ninety minutes.
