Frankfort, IL Customer's Sonata Hybrid Visit with Kowalski at World Hyundai

Booked the 7am slot online for an oil change and tire rotation, was out at 7:52. Janine had the paperwork ready when I walked in the door. Coffee was fresh which honestly matters at that hour. Nothing dramatic to report, it just worked, and that is what I want from a service department. I asked her to look at a slow leak in the right rear while it was up and she checked it, found nothing, and did not charge me for looking. Fourth time here with the Sonata Hybrid and it has gone the same way every time.
