The car is good and Terrence himself was straight with me the whole way. My problem was the wait. I got approved around 4pm and did not get out of the finance office until almost 8. Nobody came and told me what the holdup was until I went and asked. Terrence brought me a coffee and apologized but he wasn't the one running it.
